Services

ACFO provides fractional CFO services, financial consulting, and data integration services to business clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Financial reporting and analysis
• Data warehouse setup and management
• Integration of third-party platforms including Amazon Selling Partner data via the SP-API
• Business intelligence and analytics consulting

Client Relationships

Our services are provided under separate engagement agreements with each client. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and general interactions with ACFO. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific client engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Amazon Selling Partner API

When we access Amazon Selling Partner data on behalf of a client, we do so in compliance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and the Solution Provider Agreement. Authorization to access a client's Amazon data is granted by the client and may be revoked at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACFO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ACFO in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Indemnification
