Frequently asked questions.

How much does it cost?

Please check out the options on our Services page. The cost depends on the depth of our relationship.

What size companies do you work with?

A CFO should cost you between 2% and 5% of your current revenue. If you choose our smallest package for $1,000 per month, that would mean that your annual revenue should be at least $240,000. Our primary goal is to make sure your company survives. If you are smaller than this, we would need to see that you have the financial strength to pay for our services, and that the expenditure for our service would not endanger your future.

We have seen companies approaching $50 million per year in revenue who either do not have a full-time CFO or would like additional help. We’re fine with that.

Can you do my bookkeeping? It is really messed up.

Ideally not. We are not a CPA firm. We can recommend ways for you to get your books in order before we start working.

Why are you the best choice? There are other more established CFO firms out there.

Unlike other CFO firms, we have personally optimized, integrated and run all functions of CPG companies. Most Fractional CFOs, even if they specialize in one area, don’t have deep operating experience in that area. This makes it difficult to be a sounding board for the questions you will have. Being a CPA turned Fractional CFO is not enough. You deserve better.

We have extensive knowledge of all areas of CPG sales, operations, and administration, including:

  • What retailers are looking for.

  • Broker relations

  • Trade spend review.

  • Forecasting, Planning and Analysis (FP & A) models.

  • Product development

    expenses, and 401K

  • Co-packer and vendor relations
